Five University of Pittsburgh students who have been studying abroad in Cairo have been evacuated because of the ongoing anti-government protests.The director of International Programs at Pitt told Channel 11 News the students had been in Cairo for three weeks, studying at The American University in Cairo.They were being kept in their dormitories, but have now been evacuated.Three students have decided to stay and study abroad in Istanbul, Turkey.The other two students are returning to the United States."All of them are disappointed about what's happened. Our priority was getting them out first. Now we're talking with each of them and their families about what their options are next," said Larry Feick, Pitt's director of International Programs.
