Middle East studies in the NewsCentre County Schools: Students To See Changes

Students will be greeted by many new things in Centre County schools this year — including a new superintendent. State College High school students will observe hip replacements, chemotherapy treatments and other procedures at Mount Nittany Medical Center as part of a new Career and Technical Center course. The center's also partnering with Penn State's Smeal College of Business for a supply chain management course. And the high school will offer Arabic as a foreign language in two sections. ...
