Peace, Postmodernism, and Omid Safi

My latest column for the Washington Examiner examines the doublespeak of UNC-Chapel Hill associate professor of religious studies Omid Safi, whose comment to the AP is our quote of the month, above. A rising star in Middle East studies, Safi has a history of employing postmodernist jargon to justify the actions of Islamic radicals.
